Here is how the repair process works at my radio shop

#1. After looking at my site and list of services you fill out my contact form. You list your Name, contact info, Issue with the radio, and the radio model. Along with any other information I should know.

#2. I respond back to you and tell you if I can help or not, then I will put you on the waitlist. I go over the repair process and pricing.

#3. After you make it clear you’re interested, I will tell you if I have an open slot for you. If not, I will email you when I am ready. If so we’ll go over proper shipping instructions, payment methods, and I will send you my terms and policies and to sign and include with radio. You will pay a $25 bench fee for me to diagnose the radio and find the problem.

#4. After I have received it I will find the issue and attempt to repair it. The repair process may take up to a couple of weeks. I will then send it back to you. You will then pay for the repair fee which is often 60+ dollars.

If in the event where I can not repair it, I will talk to you over the phone. I will ship it back and explain what was odne.
