Bluetooth Conversions

 I go through great lengths to make an awesome-looking speaker out of a radio. It makes a great gift and is simple to use, people born in the 50s & 60s will usually smile when they see these things.

I like to restore old transistor radios, but sometimes they are missing too many parts internally to make it worthwhile. In that case, I will take out the original radio parts and use them to fix other sets, and will put a high-tech Bluetooth decoder chip in. I also do this because these old radios usually just have AM band there are barely any stations left on AM making it hard to listen to what you like.

Here’s how these pieces of art are made, each one is handcrafted and signed, hours of hard work goes into these. They are all very unique in their own way and the fun part is making them into something that will be cherished for years to come.

Finding a radio that will look nice and also that has a powerful speaker.

Taking the original circuit board out and wiring it up to the Bluetooth chip.

Making it intuitive and functional. (USB compatibility VC wiring)

It will then get tested for multiple hours to ensure working order.

Then it will get cleaned and any cracks will get repaired, the speaker will get signed and put up for sale by me.
